E Hika – both a mild exclamation of surprise, dismay or irritation, and in the eastern dialect a word for friend.  

This podcast lives in that tension. We want to surprise you with things you didn’t know; provoke intellectual dismay with new ideas that unsettle and transform; and even irritate you – because leadership is in a stormy sea. But we also want to do it with friends and in so doing make friends with you.
